First, we will clean and polish your teeth.

Then we will put barriers, such as gauze, in your mouth and around your gumline. This will keep your teeth dry and protect your mouth and gum tissues from the whitening solution. 

We will coat your teeth with the whitening solution.

After the allotted time (60 to 90 minutes, or until your desired shade is reached), we will clean the solution from your teeth. 

We may apply a fluoride solution to reduce the risk of tooth sensitivity.
